The club has a thriving junior section, with teams run for u9s, u11s, u13s, u15s and u17s.  Weekly practice sessions are held for all age groups and the teams are run by qualified, CRB checked coaches.

In recent years the club has developed many strong club cricketers and the u15 side in 2008 was no exception, winning through to the national cup quarter finals, having been crowned the county champions.  The side also won the 2007 Treeton 6-a-sde tournament.  The u17s won the prestigous Paramore Cup in 2008 and only weather prevented them from completing a league and cup double.  The u11s won teh Sheffield league in 2008 and the u13s just misswed out on completing the full set finishing runners up in the league.

The club also contributed 6 of the Lord Taverners side that won the national u14 knockout competition and 2 u17 and 3 u15 players represented the club at 1st XI level in 2007.  We look forward to that trend continuing.

Summer coaching camps - August 2009

There are also coaching schemes run during the school holidays that allow junior players within the club and those from outside it also, to develop and fine-tune their cricketing skills further, under the tutelage of our qualified coaches.  The next set of these sessions are being held during August.
